At AIMS, we believe that the greatest opportunity in missions today is to help the Global Church to complete the Great Commission. Therefore, AIMS focuses on mobilizing and equipping churches around the globe to begin church planting movements in the world's least reached people groups, most of which are in the 10/40 Window.

The opportunity to work with these churches is greater than ever before. Our premiere overseas mobilization conference, Equipping for the Harvest, has trained thousands of pastors, church leaders and missionaries around the world to get their churches more involved in cross-cultural ministry.

As a part of the Charismatic Renewal Movement, AIMS' goal is to identify regions around the world where the Church is growing the fastest yet lacks the resources to effectively focus on completing the Great Commission. As we develop relationships with churches within a particular region, we will help them build a program that will be culturally relevant and effective within their region.

Global Epicenters:

Many churches around the world are growing and effectively reaching their own people or ethnic group. Our goal at AIMS is to work with these churches to mobilize them to reach unreached people groups that have been beyond their reach.

The majority of our efforts will be spent on six major areas around the world. These "epicenters" are key, strategic regions from which the earth will be shaken for the Kingdom of God.

In each epicenter, AIMS will work with partners already working in the region to train and equip national pastors, church leaders, and missionaries to mobilize their churches to reach the least reached people groups in their regions and beyond.
