Identify national leaders and movements that AIMS
can serve in the vision/mission of Equipping
for the Harvest.

Identify international trainers and resources
that are culturally relevant.
3.
Convene 4-5 day Equipping for the
Harvest conferences in countries
or regions within the unevangelized world.

The Equipping for the Harvest
training is then replicated through the national
movements and networks. This commitment and application
is required for potential partnership support
of missionaries.

The curriculum includes 30-40 hours of training
in the following areas:
Harvest
Connection
Faith Promise Giving
Biblical Basis of Partnership
Networking
Final Focus (Adopting an Unreached People
Group)
Strategic Sending
Planning Strategies for World Evangelization
Church Planting Movements |
6.
Plan long-range, follow-through training conferences
for further equipping, multiplication, and sustaining
of the vision. |
