AIMS recognizes the need to mobilize local churches to more effectively reach the world’s least reached people groups. However, we also know that we can’t accomplish the task alone. For this reason, AIMS trains pastors, missionaries, church leaders, students, and interested individuals how to better mobilize their churches to become more effective in cross-cultural missions and finish the Great Commission.

The Maximum Missions Impact Training (MMI)(formerly known as the AIMS Associates Training) is an intensive training in how to mobilize the church to reach the world's least reached people groups.
