Networking: The CIBD will be responsible for networking
with international ministries and movements that
will benefit from our business development programs.
Project Development: The CIBD will be responsible
to manage existing Business Development projects
and to undertake the research and development
of additional business and economic development
projects that fall within AIMSí mobilization
mandate.
International Travel: Take periodic trips, 3-5
per year, to AIMS events overseas for teaching,
strategic planning and evaluating field projects
relating to the goals of SDD and the business
development function.
Provide monthly reports to the Director of Strategic
Development. Outlining the status of existing
projects and those under development.
Collaborate with Regional Directors and Strategy
Coordinators on projects.
Represent AIMS at national and international missions
conferences, consultations, and events relating
to Business as Mission and business development,
in order to develop greater networking and information
sharing within the global Christian community.
Raise funds for the business development budget
including his or her own salary.
