Work with the International Director in overseeing
Strategic Alliances with Africa and Middle East
that are being newly formed or that are temporarily
without leadership to move forward.
Help coordinate all functions that represent the
Strategic Alliances as a whole to include but
not limited to working with the Coordinator of
Equipping for the Harvest and the International
Director to coordinate and implement Equipping
for the Harvest and holistic events into
the various strategic alliances.
To take periodic trips, 4-6 per year, to AIMS
events overseas for teaching, strategic planning
and evaluating field ministry concerning spiritual
and financial accountability.
Communicate issues and concerns from the Strategic
Alliance Coordinators to the International Director.
To serve as a liaison between WMM, AIMS, and Regent
University regarding joint ministry activities
overseas.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to WMM of
Strategic Alliance and project results and other
essential information used for publications and/or
administrative purposes (i.e. proposals, Board
of Trustee reports etc.)
To review the activity, events, and project proposals
submitted by the Alliance Coordinators, International
Field Representatives and key national leader
contacts to approve activity, event and project
proposals for subsequent implementation. This
would include a strategic plan and timeline.
Evaluate effective mobilization strategies through
information passed on from other agencies, churches
and Denominations.
To represent AIMS at national and international
missions conferences, consultations, and events
in order to develop greater networking and information
sharing within the global Christian community.
Ensure that the acting web master has regular
and current updates (recommended at one month
intervals) from each of the coordinators with
in this area to facilitate an accurate representation
of them and the work of their strategic alliance
on the internet. All updates and information from
the coordinators needs to be evaluated in light
of any and all security concerns.
Participate in and encourage all other Alliance
Coordinators to integrate into their planning
process AIMS Associates and be fully active in
all efforts to recruit, train and facilitate AIMS
Associates into active and productive ministry
both at home and abroad.
Assist the International Director in various evaluative
functions as they relate to the Strategic Alliances
to include but not limited to: annual performance
reviews, developing and evaluating strategies
of alliance coordinators for areas and regions
that are consistent with the goals and objectives
of AIMS and that have measurable and observable
goals, and annually review and update as needed
the Strategic Alliance Manual.
