Founder & President
Dr. Howard Foltz founded AIMS in 1985 and serves as the organization's President. He travels extensively in the US and around the world training, mobilizing, and networking churches to plant churches among unreached peoples. He has been a professor of Global Evangelization in the School of Divinity, Regent University
, since 1985. He received his D.Min. from Denver Seminary with a major in Missiology, his M.A. from the Assemblies of God graduate school in Springfield, Missouri with a major in Missions Communications, and his B.S. from Southwestern University in Waxahachie, Texas with a major in missions. He also studied at Brite Theological Seminary at Texas Christian University, Denver University, North Texas State University, and Bob Jones University.
