Empowering Ministry Leaders Around the World

Since 2000, AIMS trained Christian leaders around the world how to mobilize their churches through Equipping for the Harvest conferences. Today, many of these churches are sending and supporting their own missionaries to plant churches among the world's least reached people groups.

AIMS carefully develops cirriculum that can easily be adapted to the culture and the language of the local people. Our premiere seminar, Harvest Connection, has been translated into more than a dozen different languages.

Our goal at AIMS is to work with the local church. Before we plan a conference in any country, we work with a local convener, who works with the local pastors, indentifies unreached people groups in the country, and helps us plan a conference around their specific needs.

In addition to Harvest Connection, other seminars include Biblical Basis of Partnerships, Church Planting Movements, Faith Promise Giving, Strategic Intercession, Issues on Dependency, Stewardship, and Final Focus (adopting an unreached group).
